    The french doors are nice, but the selling point for me is the middle freezer drawer. Perfect for accessing things quick without disturbing the deep freeze items.

    So far we are pleased with our LG Refrigerator. We hope it will last us a long time . Our Kitchen Aid had several new parts from the very beginning and after 7 years we were not going to put any more money into it!

    the first few days it did not make ice. finally it began to work. we like the new fridge. our previous lg fridge could adjust the shelves much easier. but we will adjust to that.

    Simply amazing and no issues so far. maybe it is too early but satisfied with LG quality. Wish the third could be adjusted to both freezer and refrigerator. But we didn't research upfront and went and bought with assumption.

    I love the storage in the top and bottom areas. The ice and water dispenser is easily accessible and doesnt spill the crushed ice. I like having the wifi feature on it.

    I think your delivery system sucks and I should not have had to got to the store to have my refrigerator scheduled for delivery 4-5 times it keeper getting cancelled also the LG refrigerator sucks it broke down with in a couple of months after buying it and couldn’t get a new one delivered uno the end of December if than so traded it in on a GE and have continuous delivery problems

    One door closes fast, loud and uncontrollable while the other door requires too much effort to close. The drawer inside will not open without opening both doors first. Ice makers constantly gets stuck and won’t put out ice without opening the refrigerator, go inside and shake the ice maker.

    As sad as it was that I had to replace a 3000 dollar Samsung after 8 years. The size is about the same as the old one I replaced but seems to be built better.

    I have had this refrigerator for about 6 months. It is, hands down, the very best refrigerator I have ever had. Amazing features and I can’t say enough about how amazing it is to have your produce bins at eye level. LOVE IT!!!

    Dear Pacific Sales, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent appliance order and subsequent delivery. **Issues Encountered:** * **Unfulfilled Order:** My order, placed three weeks ago, was scheduled for delivery on Saturday, January 8th. However, upon confirming the delivery a week prior, I was informed the day before that one of the crucial items, the hood, would not be shipped. This caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my ongoing project. * **Failed Appliance Removal:** Despite paying for the removal of my existing refrigerator, the delivery team refused to take it. This unexpected refusal resulted in additional hassle and expense on my end. * **Incomplete Delivery:** The delivery team initially forgot to include the cooktop and only returned with it after an hour and a half.
