The tech said we would have to keep food at least 3" away from the walls to allow air flow--meaning I could only use about 70% of the space. Even after we emptied it, the front was 42 degrees and the back was 33 degrees. Returned it and got a GE--American made.

Very disappointed as this was the one we wanted.

We have reached out to LG and they are coming this week to repair, We are getting the FF code and the unit stops working. We have LG TV's and been very happy, the unit itself is very nice, however if it won't operate properly, what good is it?

Very spacious and beautiful finish

We have been very happy ever since. Thanks Best Buy

Never buy this model ever again. Within three months of the purchase, this refrigerator made a lot of noise. The LG technician replaced the evaporation fan including the entire panel in the back and explained to me that it was a known issue. Then after seven months, I had the same issue. Geek squad technician came to replace the same part. Then the third time, within one month after the second fix, the same issue recurred again. Geek squad technician is scheduled to replace the same part again later this month. Unfortunately, after the second recurrence, it is already out of the manufactured warranty, the Geek Squad has to be called for fixing the same issue two more times before they consider replacing the unit or return.

The ice cubes are not too big and it has WiFi notifications to help you troubleshoot any issues that arise. So far, so good
