Complete failure on Day 2

Fridge is set to 36, freezer to 0. Freezer hovered around zero, fridge around 39. Not great, so turned it down to 34 if it's going to run hot. The next day, temperature crept up through the day, stabilizing at 55 degrees in a 72 degree environment. The freezer thawed. Tried the diagnostics app, which reports everything is perfect while my food spoils. Ordered online, but phone system is overwhelmed and web chat says I have to go to the store tomorrow to discuss my options. Looks like I'll be going a second week without a fridge in a pandemic.

Open box item broken.

Should have been treated. Compressor did not turn on and water would not dispensed. Probably a good fridge but do not trust open box items

Not cooling

Also, the water from the dispenser had a moldy aftertaste. Flushing out did not help. Could not recommend.

Also, stopped cooling after 6 months of use. Ordered in January, but got it delivered in April. I saw some bad reviews but decided to take a chance. I requested reimbursement from LG and will try another refrigerator.

Arrived broken

Only fix is to schedule someone to come out. Thought this would be a good product but I guess not.
