I would give it 5 stars but I can’t because the water still taste like plastic. I have ran the 3 gallons of water so many times, that I finally called LG customer service. I followed their instructions but I’m still not totally happy with the water.

So far so good, we had trouble with Samsung refrigerators in the past so we are hopeful with LG, unknown to us is that counter depth cost almost $1,000 more than regular depth with much more space.

Everything we've been looking for in a refrigerator. Has it one month and it is large...love the dual freezer doors and of course the InstaView door! Wireless setup was also a breeze. Thanks Best Buy for a great buy and installation!

Overall is good. Spacious and I like how easy to change the hight of shelf. Easy access to drinks. Getting water into tumblr is easier. I wish the vegetable/ fruit drawer could open all the way without opening both the French doors, as well as the multi purpose drawer on the bottom would be better if it was 2 separate drawers.

I like the style of the refrigerator and its easy use.

Great product so far, we have to keep the freezer temp settings on -3 for icemaker to start making ice instead of -1. Temperature can be monitored/adjusted via phone application. A lot of internal space, but you always wish for more specially on the mid freezer drawer.

Only had it about a week so far very nice my 2nd LG

We paid a lot of money for a high end refrigerator. We have experienced several issues in the roughly 18 months. foods in the glass door section do not keep consistent temp - milk has spoiled several times. The largest issue that we have, though, is that the seals for the drawers DO NOT work properly. There is constant freezing and ice build up on the track for both of the drawers. You can defrost complete, but the food back in and then within days you can't open the drawers again. I would NOT recommend this.

This was a Temporary refrigerator. Ours was on order and buy gave us this brand new LG refrigerator until we received a new one great customer service Our older one was under warrant. We had the geek Squard Warranty. They couldn’t repair the older one & replaced it . FREE of charge.

Delivered on time and works as advertised. I especially like the window in the door feature.

Self installed fridge and had CF error message. Fridge kept cooling but no other functions worked. LG sent repair firm to inspect. Found bent fan cowl. Was assured this was a simple fix. Has run well since repair. Features working properly with the exception of wifi connection, but that may be a router issue.

The fridge had two problems but Best Buy replaced the fridge in a short time and now it’s fine and I am very happy with this unit everything works the way I want it to I just got it so I could review it better in a month or two

The refrigerator is working well overall there is not much of a area to adjust shelves for height items the second door on the outside is okay but I had to take one of the little shelves out so I can fit the milk in there in the door Park but overall it works that's all it matters

So far so good, haven’t had any issues yet though ive only had it for a few months.

The only reservation I have now is that, in retrospect, a better choice would have been a single freezer drawer. Having the two doors doesn’t provide as much space as one deeper door. Still an excellent machine.
