This product has my full attention due to the very modern appearance. Unfortunately, the freezer drawers does not allow for as much storage as your traditional freezer. This product is advertised as fingerprint resistant and this is not accurate.

It is a very nice refridge. I love the little door to grab quick drinks! Only problem is the water through the dispenser tastes like cooper so cannot drink and we are water drinkers. the water taste fine throughout the home.

I have had this refrigerator for 1 year and 1 month and the ice maker went out. Called LG customer service and guess what the ice maker has a 1 year warranty. Also the instaview door does not seal tight and if your not careful closing it opens back up.

It may sound silly, but I love my new refrigerator. It is so efficient and not to mention "pretty"! Would definitely recommend!

This appliance has not only elevated our kitchen but exceeded our expectations and household needs. See, adulting can be cool!

Really nice fridge. We like the instaview door more than we thought we would. Ice and water features are nice. Would love the craft ice but didn't come in our size. Overall, very happy

This fridge is very attractive looking. The only thing we didn’t like is the water from the fridge had bacteria floating even after we flushed 5 gallons of water from it. Not sure if it was a fridge issue or a water issue from our house.

Absolutely love the refrigerator convenience of opening up. The two French doors is top freezers at the bottom. Very convenient.

So far, I give the unit 4 stars. All is working as expected. Even though it has the same cubic foot listing as other refrigerators, the freezer is not as large as similar fridges (even counting the 2 drawers).

I was able to save a little because it was unboxed and got a couple of upgrades. LG comes well recommended so I'm pretty happy. Was told the upper drawer could be either for drinks or could be used for freezing, but I think that's wrong so a little disappointed about that.

so far so good with this appliance. only 4 stars because in 3 weeks use the part you press with your cup to release water seems to look scratched on the edge already. and for such a frequent use part i don’t understand why its not more durable. but its a minor cosmetic issue

Nice refrigerator. The extra freezer drawer makes organizing the freezer much easier and avoids things getting stuck and lost at the bottom. It would be nice if the drawers on the glass snack compartment were adjustable as they are too short to keep tall pitchers.

We sold our previous LG refrigerator because it was not smudge resistant. This is a really great refrigerator. Be careful about overload the freezer drawers, as an item that falls behind the drawer can be difficult to retrieve!

This refrigerator replaced my previous LG refrigerator. Its features are similar. Yet, it did have some positive additional features. I only have had the refrigerator for a short period of time, and, so far, I am very happy with the new refrigerator.

It has very nice features and I really like the roomy interior with the icemaker being tucked into the door. I already like this fridge so much more than I ever liked the Samsung we had before.

At first I liked the look of the French Door Refrigerator. I'm not to happy with it over all now. When it was delivered and set up it was making a sound, the fan hitting something. The delivery men couldnt figure it out so they called in and had given me an option to have it replaced. So I said yes. One delivery man knew what it was and checked it out. Thought he fixed it so I kept the first one. Well the noise still exists. I put in a service call and the man on the phone said did I do all the test such as turning it off. Of course not so I said goodbye and thanks for nothing. I did read reviews that LG Refrigerators are not good. I may be proof but overall its ok.

This fridge is perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better fridge. We had the ice machine go out in our old fridge and replaced it with this and now are actually wasting less food because we can find everything in it.

Very happy with the purchase and they way they were so helpful when I had a price match. Service at the Porter Ranch location was awesome and delivery was timely and friendly. Very helpful and resourceful. First class.

I love this refrigerator. I am still getting used to it. But I enjoy the insta door for the access to our daily items. I am enjoying LG products, I purchased other LG products.
