She really loves it and it was at a great price. The reason my review is so low is because the delivery took over a month to happen because it kept getting rescheduled.

Called LG customer service and guess what the ice maker has a 1 year warranty. Also the instaview door does not seal tight and if your not careful closing it opens back up.

We understand that your LG Refrigerator (LMXS28596D) model's ice maker stopped working and that you are having an issue with the InstaView door not sealing properly. For the ice maker, a troubleshooting step you can take is to check if the ice maker's shut-off arm is in the down position. If it is in the "up" or "Off" position, it will prevent the ice maker from producing ice. Make sure the arm is fully lowered.
