Whenever I release them, the immediately withdraw into the unit, which is annoying if I want to look at what's actually in there. Also, there is no light in the upper freezer door, which is terrible.

Engineering flaw

Most of all LG has a flaw in the external beverage compartment. The drinks are lucky to reach 45 degrees as the cooling is lack luster at best. Inside fridge can get down to temp but the beverage compartment is not good. Exchanged fridge for this reason (with with stainless this time) and the same model does the same thing, LG has a problem. Shelving is lacking for tall or larger items as well. Will be returning this one snd going with Samsung or Kitchen-Aid next.

Installation

BB did not show up as scheduled to fix the error. The order # given at time of appointment was not correct thus I cannot track on their site. Called and have been on hold 1 hour and 20 minutes with no response. Absolutely unacceptable!! That being said, thus far we like the unit but the retailer is the worst - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
