The fridge is a good size for large family.The doors are operated easily .The water dispenser is easy to use

This is replacing a broken refrigerator and so far it is working as expected. My favorite feature is the ice maker. The refrigerator comes with an ice bin in the freeze but there is no second ice maker in the freezer. There is an Ice Plus button on the door dispenser that increases the rate of making ice in the door. I periodically dump ice into the bottom freezer bin. Its really great to have so much ice! So far so good.

I wasn’t sure I would love this French door refrigerator but I do. Since the freezer gets little use it’s so convenient to have a large refrigerator space and everything accessible. The ice dispenser is rather small but I haven’t found it to be a problem. This is my first LG purchase but the reviews are great and it was highly recommended by the Best Buy in-home adviser, whom I trust. Overall I’m thrilled with this purchase.

Refrigerator is excellent. I like that the icemaker is made into the door section. I don't give up shelf space on the left side which annoyed me with my last refrigerator. LED lighting is a definite plus also. I can see what's inside. Love the top drawer the top of the freezer. and that it doesn't pop out upon going into the freezer. Last one did that which was a second annoyance on a prior appliance. LG brand from now on!

Lots of room. Easy to keep organized and clean. Very happy so far.

This is by far the largest fridge i have bought and it shows when you open the doors up! I can fit almost 2x the amount of produce and food that my last fridge held! Also it makes ice a lot faster than my last fridge! The only thing i am still trying to get used to is the bottom drawer freezer as we have always had the side by side fridge/freezer!

This fridge has so much storage. It seals very good and is very quite. Ice/water dispenser is easy to operate.

Large capacity and brightly lit. It is easy to reach and view all items in the refrigerator.

We are completely in love with this refrigerator. My wife and I purchased this one because during COVID it was hard to find any appliances at all. We were hoping that this would have enough room. YES it does. We have 3 gallons of milk in there at any given time and there is still enough room for everything else plus unused space. Definitely the best refrigerator I have ever had.

I purchased the LG - 27.9 Cu. Ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator with External Tall Ice and Water Dispenser - Stainless steel along with a double oven, microwave, and dishwasher as a suites at the end of 2021. Owning this fridge has been a nightmare. The ice maker went out within three months. LG sent a repairman who had to order and replace a couple of parts (ON A BRAND NEW REFRIGERATOR). At the six month mark I replaced the water filter and after draining 6 gallons (when only 2-3 is recommended) the water tasted horrible. I then proceeded to buy water filters from Beat Buy, Home Depot, and Lowe’s, all with no luck. I called LG and was told to replace my water line l, which I did. Still, the water tasted horrible and by this time my one year warranty was up. Now the fridge is not cool (but the freezer works fine) and I have a puddle underneath the produce drawers that has now started to leak onto my floors. I called LG and they want to charge me $635 to have someone come out before even diagnosing the problem. I’m going to watch a few YouTube videos and try to figure out the problem. If I cannot, the fridge will end up in the garage next to the new dishwasher that went out last year. FYI, the digital display on the microwave that was purchased with my LG suite is malfunctioning. The only appliance that I have not had an issue with is the double oven.

We are very happy with the fridge. Had to take off the front door and the fridge handles to get it inside the house. You need to pulse the water flow when doing the initial start up or you get foul chemical-tasting water. Once you do that correctly, the water and ice cubes are fine, but we didn't understand that at the installation and it took a subsequent visit from a service tech and a new filter to get it right.

We love the refrigerator! It is spacious, easy to access, and like how the ice maker is in the door.

The fridge is perfect - love everything about it. We had just moved into a new home that was supposed to have one—and was surprised to find upon move in that what was in the home wasn’t working! What I don’t love is the memory of getting a call from Best Buy saying they were dropping off the fridge in the driveway and would not help us bring it in the home, let alone install it. I TOTALLY understand that we’re in unprecedented times, but Best Buy / Geek Squad touts themselves as a Solution solving company, but offered not one solution as to how I was expected to get my new, very big, very heavy refrigerator in the house and installed. I didn’t even sign for it - they left it in the box on the driveway. As someone moving in the first week of shelter at home, we had a lot of hurdles to jump in making the move work safely for all, and all our moving partners (from the moving company to our cable / internet provider) had solutions on how to perform the task at hand with a safety first ideology. Best Buy literally dumped our purchase on the driveway and said, “good luck!” and drove away. It will be awhile before I trust them for a purchase.

Bought this fridge due to my old one leaking, best purchase I’ve ever made fridge wise! Has lots of storage.
