I love this refrigerator. It has easy to move shelves and great storage drawers. Inside is brightly lit and attractive. I like the new and improved ice & water dispenser and the smudge resistant exterior. The freezer drawer is roomy. Very happy with purchase.

Shelves are higher quality than many fridges we looked at before buying. Door with Ice is a bit heavy. Tons of space!!

This is my 2nd LG French door refrigerator. Loved the first one which lasted 10 years. New one delivered November 2019 and as of 2 weeks ago, it's not making ice cubes. Beware major appliances have been made cheaply, and no one stands by their product. LG covers compressor for 10 years but charges a few hundred to replace. Anyone else have a stoppage of ice cube making in their LG?

The LG refrigerator is a nice addition to the kitchen. It has great space and allows for a well organized storage. Excellent lighting. Only had the unit for a month but I am very pleased with it so far.

We had a side by side - same size. When we unloaded the food from our old refrigerator into this refrigerator we were amazed at the space we now had. Things are easier to see & find. So far so good.

Love the ice maker in the door instead of taking room on a shelf like other brands. I have one in my garage as well. Love this brand.

I love my new LG refrigerator. The first two days I had it I kept checking to see if it was actually on, because it was so quiet. So far my food is lasting longer and items freeze quickly. I have no complaints.

I am giving this product a "1" Star rating only because "0" was not available. I will NEVER buy another LG product. I purchased this in April, and have had several major issues since purchase with cooling and temperature in both the freezer and now refridgerator sections. I have lost hundreds of dollars worth of groceries and been without a working refrigerator for weeks. Service through LG is a nightmare; after initial call it takes 7-10 days for an service appointment. Guy shows up and determines a new repair part is required (must be ordered) and second appointment is scheduled 10-14 days later. This has happened to us twice now. NEVER, EVER AGAIN will I buy an LG product. Quality and reliability is extremely poor, and service is worse. I caution anyone that is considering buying this product to please reconsider any other brand except LG.

Had it a month. So far so good. Bright. Roomy. Seems the temps are lower than the stated temp. Also don’t try to set up the wifi until after you’ve registered it with LG.

Purchased this for delivery to our brand new build. Delivered it right when they said they would. We have been very happy with the refrigerator so far. Very spacious and efficient.

After multiple fails at trying to find a good refrigerator this one is by far the best plenty a room the icemaker doesn’t take up half the fridge I wish I would’ve had the bottom icemaker but this will do

Great appliance. My only complaint is how the top doors close. You have to pay attention as they may not close completely. I would still recommend this product.

love the space in the top of this and it's well laid out with the ice machine on the door, not taking up space in the main compartment like other models. Didn't go with counter depth and am so glad! so much more space in this one and $500 cheaper!

Love this refrigerator. Plenty of room. WiFi is a real pain. Cannot connect keeps telling me there is no internet connection.

Had a Frigidaire Gallery with top mount icemaker, the worst icemaker ever, rusted the back in less than 3 years. I decided that I would try the LG with the icemaker in the door, so far so good.

There’s a lot to like about this refrigerator. It’s bigger than our old refrigerator on the inside, while keeping nearly the same external dimensions. The ice maker is a lot quieter than our old fridge’s too. After a week and a half, the refrigerator started freezing our food. As others have pointed out, LG’s customer service is pretty bad. At first, they didn’t want to send someone out. Then they agreed to, but that took yet another day. And the person they sent out is not to repair, but only to diagnose. They are ordering a new temperature sensor. Might be here in a week. Maybe longer. And then they’ll schedule a return visit. I’m used to repair people that are prepared to solve problems in one visit. There are several minor things I wish were better. The buttons for ice and water go to sleep after a few seconds, so you have to press once to wake it up, and then again to make your selection. I wish I only had to click once. The door with ice does get heavy, so it tends to slam shut. I wish the sliding shelf could be moved to the opposite side. All in all, not a bad fridge, but if it needs repair, expect a slow resolution.
