Largest fridge I have ever owned. French doors really allow for lots of food. Freezer is frosty in side and ice melts together. Can’t figure that out. Love the bright light inside.

We bought the refrigerator last month and we love the features, the design, everything about it. I have had this refrigerator for a few weeks now and I’m very pleased with my purchase.

There’s a lot to like about this refrigerator. It’s bigger than our old refrigerator on the inside, while keeping nearly the same external dimensions. The ice maker is a lot quieter than our old fridge’s too. After a week and a half, the refrigerator started freezing our food. As others have pointed out, LG’s customer service is pretty bad. At first, they didn’t want to send someone out. Then they agreed to, but that took yet another day. And the person they sent out is not to repair, but only to diagnose. They are ordering a new temperature sensor. Might be here in a week. Maybe longer. And then they’ll schedule a return visit. I’m used to repair people that are prepared to solve problems in one visit. There are several minor things I wish were better. The buttons for ice and water go to sleep after a few seconds, so you have to press once to wake it up, and then again to make your selection. I wish I only had to click once. The door with ice does get heavy, so it tends to slam shut. I wish the sliding shelf could be moved to the opposite side. All in all, not a bad fridge, but if it needs repair, expect a slow resolution.

this is a very good fridge. Has space for a lot of stuff. Downside is that there is not a dual ice maker whick would of been excellent but overall very good fridge

I bought this amazing refrigerator. I’m super impressed. Very large capacity. I had a side by side before. The only thing I don’t care for are the small ice cubes. But a great buy!

We've owned this for two weeks now. It's a definite upgrade from our 10yr old Frigidaire. It's alot bigger on the inside that the numbers would lead you to believe. I have no doubts that this will run for a long time.

We've had the refrigerator for almost a month and it has proven to be an excellent choice. Lots of room in the lower freezer section (more than twice the capacity of our old fridge) as well in the upper refrigerator section.

LG has outdone themselves with this fridge. Black stainless is gorgeous. The ice maker is a touch slow but once it’s got ice you’ve enough for several cups worth. It also has a holding tray if you want to stock up on ice.

We had a side by side that was just not cutting it anymore. We switched to this one and were blown away. We don’t really use the smart features on the fridge but some may like it. No complaints after 2 months of yet.

Stainless finish has a hint of dark shade which goes very well with our kitchen. We like it's quieter than our old refrigerator. The interior is quite spacious for us. We like the size (small) and shape (round) of the ice cubes.

Keeps food cold and freezer is big. Door don't always swing closed but once we knew to watch this it's ok. Ice maker occasionally jams up and has to be cleared.

Love the layout and door space on this refrigerator. Sliding shelf adds the little extra needed on those special occasions. Great look and truly no fingerprints show on exterior

Great product. Easy set up. Ice maker and water works great. Temp adjustment and filter changes are easy.

Refrigerator is fantastic and the delivery guys were awesome they took there time bringing it the house made sure everything worked and I was happy with it before they left thanks

Great fridge love the duel,ice makers would haven given it 5 stars if the water coming out was colder seems that it’s room temp and not really chilled

After much research, the LG-27.9 seemed to fit the bill. It has not disappointed. One major requirement was the ice maker in the door. This gave a full top shelf. What a plus!

I am disappointed that there is a small ding in the front of the refrigerator that couldn't be seen prior to removing the film covering it. We didn't do that until after the delivery men had left and I thoroughly washed it. I'm also disappointed that the ice maker doesn't produce faster. However, we are adjusting from having the ice maker with a big bin rather than a smaller bin that you empty into the container in the drawer. That limits the amount of crushed ice you use. Otherwise it seems to be functioning well and like I said much larger interior than I expected.

We have only used if for a few weeks but it works great and looks great in our kitchen. It's the first time we had a water dispenser on the outside of the refrig. and i like it better than the inside style

This fridge is amazing! So roomie and has plenty of storage. Set up was a breeze! We have no complaints about this fridge.

Nice features - love the deli drawer and the bottom freezer pull out rack. What I love best is that the ice maker doesn't intrude on the door rack space. I don't need or use the wi-fi so can't comment.
