We really enjoy our new LG refrigerator. the Stainless steel stays very clean and the outside water access is wonderful. This fridge is also very quiet.

I only had it for about 2 months but so far so good. I hardly ever hear it make a noise.its so much more functional then the side by side I had before. My family and I love it

We love the way it looks and it is more than what we expected. The different sections are in great locations and well marked. the water dispenser and ice maker don't take a lot of room. We are very pleased.

I was shopping for a fridge for about 3 months. I compared so many on features and price. This one was the best option and big on space. I’ve had no issues and was well worth money spent.

LOVE THIS FRIDGE!!!! I’ve always been a fan of LG as their TVs are amazing ! The black stainless is such a nice look and does not show finger prints! So many features for the money!

Instructions were kind of shotty to take the doors off, so you could fit the fridge through the door. Once it was all put back together, EXCELLENT!

This product needs some adjustments to work well. The left hand door slams shut, making refrigerated glass containers rattle. The right hand door must be physically pushed close. The installers did not turn on the icemaker resulting in my assumption it didn't work Once I discovered it was turned off, I did have ice. My storm door was removed to get the refrigerator in the door and the installers could (or did) not put it back.

This refrigerator has lots of very usable and easily accessible space. The ice and water dispenser work quite well. The freezer is so much easier to access than a side by side model this replaces.

Great capacity for all my needs of my family!! hold every thing from my groceries, snacks, great capacity on the freezer compartment. This is my favorite part on this refrigerator.

Easy to use. Bright. Great lighting. No dark corners. Shelf placement is efficient. Love the lower freezer with the extra ice storage bin and the top freezer shelf that holds frozen pizza flat. Everything rolls smooth. Both doors must be open though to get either vegetable drawer open and the ice door gets a little heavy but neither of those things are a big problem. Connecting to wifi was a bit tricky but the directions were clear enough after reading a couple of times.

Lots of space easy installation the water and icemaker is great a lot quicker than some other refrigerators of FAD I really like it.

I like the look and space of this fridge. The first one I got made an annoying humming noise, but a replacement is coming soon.

Very nice refrigerator. No problems so far. Super large capacity. Wifi connected so we are notified if settings are not maintained.

Lots of space. Can find all the food. Temperature nice and cold in fridge, and freezing in freezer. Does everything it’s supposed to do. Very pleased so far.

Purchased during 4th of July sale. Great value on a great refrigerator. Especially like the stand alone water and ice dispenser integrated into the front door and still have door shelving inside.

Refrigerator cools and freezes very well. Lots of space inside. Would have preferred option to add a second ice maker in freezer drawer but that is our only complaint.

Unfortunately, Best Buy couldn't get the smaller one we wanted so we had to remodel a bit to manage the fit. That added to the cost obviously. The installation was careful and trouble-free. The salesperson indicated they would replace the water line for the ice maker. That didn't happen. I wish it had because the current one is old. Nevertheless, we are very happy with the LG and most appreciative of the work done by the salesperson. She guided us toward the LG as reliable and for which they could get parts as needed.

After 11 months my refrigerator stopped cooling and since then I purchase the extended warranty as I can not be sure this will not break again. When we bought it, it seemed to have dents we thought were just the glare as we never felt actual indents. When the service man came to fix this we were told it did indeed have dents. Too late now. Buyer beware LG customer service is terrible. Would not purchase another LG refrigerator.
