Refrigerator cools and freezes very well. Lots of space inside. Would have preferred option to add a second ice maker in freezer drawer but that is our only complaint.

Unfortunately, Best Buy couldn't get the smaller one we wanted so we had to remodel a bit to manage the fit. That added to the cost obviously. The installation was careful and trouble-free. The salesperson indicated they would replace the water line for the ice maker. That didn't happen. I wish it had because the current one is old. Nevertheless, we are very happy with the LG and most appreciative of the work done by the salesperson. She guided us toward the LG as reliable and for which they could get parts as needed.

After 11 months my refrigerator stopped cooling and since then I purchase the extended warranty as I can not be sure this will not break again. When we bought it, it seemed to have dents we thought were just the glare as we never felt actual indents. When the service man came to fix this we were told it did indeed have dents. Too late now. Buyer beware LG customer service is terrible. Would not purchase another LG refrigerator.

I am extremely happy with this fridge. Just remember to remove the doors and drawer front before taking it in the house its the only way to get it thru a doorway

Went from a side by side to this French door and absolutely love it. Places to hold everything without having to worry about the size.

Great refrigerator with good space. It can accommodate lot of space and it has a great energy efficiency feature. Also we loved the sound if it opens for a period of more than 3 min.

Have been using this fridge for several months now. Still love this fridge. Lots of room. One small complain: cold water reservoir is very small, only two cups of cold water are available.

We are a family of 8 and need a lot more than our old fridge had. This fits so much that we can make out weekly grocery trip and fit everything we need for the entire week.

This frig has given us a lot more room and allows us to store more in both the frig and freezer. Visibility of contents is much easier and allows us to organize contents.

There are so many features! Fruits and vegetables last longer in the crisper. The high-grade filter; ice storage in the door, plenty of room in the freezer. I am very happy with this purchase!

I just moved and we had a more expensive fridge we left in our last house. We liked this one more than that because we could never figure out the middle drawer use in the last one. Great fridge and plenty of space!

Our refrigerator "died" a few days before our 30th anniversary party (to be held at our home). Hence, it was race to replace (meaning review, purchase, have delivered, and have installed in days). Fortunately, we tried the NEW Best Buy and found George Olsen at Pacific Sales in your Naples store. He guided us, worked with us, and ensured that all was well with us. Trust me, this was not the OLD Best Buy image at work. Fridge (an LG LFXS28968S) arrived on time, works great and we are happy. While buying the fridge, we opted to replace our washer and dryer, as well. Love the new basic (low end) GE models. Overall, a five-start performance for George, installations crews, Best Buy, LG refrigerators, and GE washers/dryers.

Very roomy in the fridge and freezer area. The doors do slam a but hard and wish the ice cubes were bigger, but over all happy

This model has exceeded all of my expectations. I was not planning on getting the water in the door dispenser but am so very glad I did. It is wonderful. Can't say enough good things about this appliance!

Ice maker is slow but plenty of room in a fridge that does not take up a ton of room

All refrigerators work well and are a little different inside. But if you can find one that has a good ice maker and water dispenser you’ve found the one. This is it.

Only have it a little over a week but would highly recommend. I don't think I would ever buy a refrigerator that has a top freezer again. Easier to see what is stored.

Just bought this a few weeks ago but so far I like it more than my Whirlpool that had constant issues. Big, lots of room and thin ice maker in the door let's you have added interior space!
