We love this new fridge. From the moment the delivery guys set it up, we were skeptical about it even working because it is SO quiet!!!

I returned my Samsung for this fridge, first the ice machine works! Enough space to store gallons. Overall very pleased with this fridge

Couldn’t be happier with this LG refrigerator! The best thing is the alarm warning a door isn’t closed tight. It is mother-in-law proof! Lot’s of space.

We have only had this fridge for 2 weeks but it has been great so far. The extra space created by the smaller ice section is wonderful. Best Buy delivery folks were also very efficient and helpful. Only thing i would like to see changed in the design is a small cut out in the bottom of fridge top doors to allow the meat drawer to be pulled out when the doors are open at 90degree angle to the fridge itself.

The fridge is sleek anf fits perfectly. seems.to be working great uptill now. no noise. however it has only been a month.

I LUV this refrigerator. Has tons of room and can hold a lot of food. The adjustable shelves help to input different types of products.

Very nice fridge and freezer compartment. The shape and color makes it look very elegant in my kitchen.

Has wi-fi built into it to signal LG to diagnose an issue (if it ever has one). 28.7 cubic feet means I can fill the fridge easily. Even the ice drop is quiet!

We had an LG that was 9 yrs old. It stopped being cold one day. It was a larger french door and had lots of nice features and good layout. We bought this LG as a replacement. Slightly smaller, less features, more plastic. Works well, but not as nice as the older unit. And more expensive! So you pay more and get less. The way of the world...

Bought this on sale about $400.00 dollars cheaper than everyone else. looks great in the kitchen with tons of space.

This is a big upgrade over the previous fridge after having difficulty the old one. Very easy to use!

This fridge is wonderful. It has a very small icemaker that that takes up almost no space but is never short on ice. BestBuy delivery totally botched the install. They removed the doors and did not properly reassemble the fridge. They came back out and hardly looked at the fridge claiming it was defective. LG sent a repair person who was very professional and figured out where Bestbuy screwed up. Also, Bestbuy has a 15 day return policy which is just bs for an appliance.

The LG 28 French Door Refrigerator is everything we were looking for. The Service from Best Buy in particular the College Station Store was very good.

Love my new fridge! First time user of water & ice in door and will never have anything else. Spacious interior, well organized, easy to see what is in every drawer.

Bought this model from Best Buy in November of 2017. The first unit was delivered complete with lots of trendy scratches and dents. When the compressor kicked in it sounded like a moose in heat so we then complained had a second delivered. The second one seemed be working fine for about 3 months but out of the blue we started getting a defrost error code. Had Geek Squad stop by and look at it and the defrost sensor was faulty so we had the parts ordered parts and while waiting for the parts to arrive the refrigerator completely crapped out. Lost a few hundred $ in spoiled food and a Sunday transporting what we could salvage to our spare Roper refrigerator. Although not pretty, our tried and true Roper of 10 years came in handy. Lost a lot of confidence in the LG brand after this and thank God we purchased the extended warranty.
