Defective unit, poor customer service

The delivery persons/installers couldn't fix it because it's not a leveling issue. Instead of creating more carbon imprint, we gave LG a chance to have a technician come out to fix it instead of returning it. We were informed that we would have to pay for the technician's service fee if it's not due to the manufacturer's defect. We don't know the mechanism of the refrigerator so we don't want to take the risk of ending up paying for the service. We should receive a perfect unit, not one that we may have to pay to make it work as it supposed to be. By the way, we registered the unit but the LG representative only had our phone number, but no model or the serial numbers on file. We are very dissatisfied with LG's customer service. The unit will be returned after this review is published.

This was a little bit of a downsize and seems to be working well. If I nit pick I would say the ice machine tends to shoot ice out all over, as in little pieces spray out around the top of a normal size cup. But all in all so far so good.
