I find the layout functional. After looking at several models I chose this one with the internal slide out multifunction drawer. In hindsight, it's kind of a pain to use because you have to open both doors to access anything in that drawer. The feature I do love is the customizable sliding shelves, so I can put taller items in the main part of the fridge when the doors get filled up.

ONLY other problem is after an entire month the water and ice still taste bad.

I wasn't sold on the french door fridge, but my husband really wanted one. I do like my new fridge and but it's going to take awhile to get used to it. I did notice that the water filter is MUCH easier to change than my mom's Samsung french door fridge that she bought last fall.

It is now 2022 and the fridge broke down again. It’s only a pretty fridge made with cheap parts. LG should be ashamed of there brand they can’t accommodate an unhappy customer. Due to there defective product. My floor and cabinets are messed up not to mention the amount of money on grocery I have to throw out. They refuse to pay for damages they. And only want to fix the fridge when they should reimburse customers for there defective item.
