Good refrigerator. Lots of space. Keeps food cold.

The LG brand name was important to us and the size and look of this monster is great.

I love Lg refrigerators!!! Why?? Because they are the best when you look at their Ergonomics and design!!! The way they feel to the touch and opening and closing the French doors!!! LG are the masters at compressors which they use the linear compressor. Furthermore, LG is suppling their compressors to Carrier one of the largest Air Conditioning Companies in the US. Excellent products!!!

This is a great fridge that has more than enough storage room. The ice and water dispensers are very handy.

I bought this fridge in 2018. Went away last year came home to a broken fridge in 2021. They fixed it. It is now 2022 and the fridge broke down again. It’s only a pretty fridge made with cheap parts. LG should be ashamed of there brand they can’t accommodate an unhappy customer. Due to there defective product. My floor and cabinets are messed up not to mention the amount of money on grocery I have to throw out. They refuse to pay for damages they. And only want to fix the fridge when they should reimburse customers for there defective item.

Love the fridge, one design feature i miss is the ridges in the large deli drawer as this is a great place to store canned and bottled beverages. ONLY other problem is after an entire month the water and ice still taste bad.

DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE I usually don’t write any reviews but this is my first time as I had a horrible experience with this fridge and best buy. For the first few months the fridge was great. Big and spacious and it worked well for my family.. few months after we noticed that the ice maker is not working, then the freezer was not cold enough and the few days the fridge also. As it was still covered by warranty multiple LG certified techs came and said the problem is with the compressor and they ordered parts but it was never fixed. Techs started to No show multiple appointments. Then LG said they will issue a dealer replacement as they are not able to fix it. Best Buy refused it and they are send another tech. It has been more than 3 months with this fridge. I had to buy a deep frizzier as this fridge is not freezing at all. No clear solution in site. After further looking it seems like this a known problem with LG fridges and compressor. But my advice is not to buy it and look for another store that will honor the manufacturer recommendations for replacement.

The right refrigerator door seems not to be firm closing. Seems way too easy to open.

I have only had it for a couple of weeks. I like the layout and the lighting. Crushed ice is very nice too. If I had any complaint it would be that there are "floaties" that seem to come from the ice. I do not get them from the water dispenser. I purged the system like the manual said. I am investigating possible water hardness, however the water dispenser seems ok.

The fridge is awesome! My only complaint is the fact that the people that came to install it did not install the filter. They told my husband it was installed. However, after a week of trying to make the water taste better, we decided to check and make sure it would put in properly. There was no filter installed. After putting one it the problem was fixed instantly.

When my GE refrigerator kept making noises and leaking water into the freezer, I decided it was time for an upgrade from the builder grade refrigerator. I love this refrigerator. It has all the bells and whistles and is huge. It's a way better use of space than the traditional side-by-side. It's easier to find items in the freezer. The refrigerator doors are big and all the bins are really nice for fruit, veggie and meat storage. I LOVE this fridge.
