no follow up after the sale

The guys did not insure everything was working and I had to troubleshoot and get fix the ice maker on my own , plus the guys scratched my wood floor and the sales guy has not responded to my emails to address the situation Talk about treating you like a number

It's a world class product in quality and performance. Best Buy's price, delivery and support are always most competitive...in fact, excellent customer service.

New Refrigerator

We so enjoyed our first one that we decided to purchase another. We still have the other one. We always try to have two refrigerators. One in the house and one in the garage. The one in the garage went out during the ice storm so we purchased a new one for house and moved the one in the house out to the garage.
