IT is not our original choice. We had several reschedules and a no show! But, we like this one better and are very thankful. Only issue is the filter door does not stay clicked closed....????

New Refrigerator

We so enjoyed our first one that we decided to purchase another. We still have the other one. We always try to have two refrigerators. One in the house and one in the garage. The one in the garage went out during the ice storm so we purchased a new one for house and moved the one in the house out to the garage.

no follow up after the sale

The guys did not insure everything was working and I had to troubleshoot and get fix the ice maker on my own , plus the guys scratched my wood floor and the sales guy has not responded to my emails to address the situation Talk about treating you like a number

The ice maker isn’t very large but there is ice storage in the freezer. It’s designed to be dumped in to the storage bucket so it makes more ice. We don’t seem to have a need but ,,, the wifi connection is steady and the lg thin q app is nice to have.
