Good refrigerator. Super bright LED light in both fridge and freezer. Lots of fridge storage. Freezer holds a lot, but hard to find items. I knew this would be the case, but it is the basic design that is available now. Freezer reminds me of the old box freezers.

LG products are wonderful. Best Buy get credit for having on in stock while other box stores had none. The product works as intended haven't had any issues thus far. Recommend friends to purchase this refrigerator.

Had an LG fridge previously, then we moved and our new house didn't come with a fridge. I immediately tried to find the same fridge I bought back in 2015, but no luck. This was is similar. Haven't used the wifi (not sure I ever will) but the ice dispenser in the door is great. Love it.

Perfect appliance and it does not leave finger prints

This refrigerator is great. I went from a standard top and bottom refrigerator to this. It is roomy and the layout is very convenient. My only issue is that is noisy at times.

So far been a good fridge. Only downfall is the ice machine does not produce a large quantity of ice or fast enough for my family’s consumption.

I've had this fridge for just over 2 years .It failed completely without warning. You don't have to believe me a quick google search on LG fridges will reveal a class action lawsuit, with what looks to be another one in the works. I lost all the food in fridge and freezer (Hundreds of dollars, as we had just been grocery shopping). Called LG, it's under warranty, waited a week got zero response on a repair. Called a 2nd time, They called the repair shop and got things moving. Repair shop tells me it's going to be another 3 weeks to get parts. Waited 3 weeks get a call from the repair shop stating LG won't pay the part supplier and that the repair shop tried to find another part vendor and will hopefully have parts in 2 weeks. 2 more weeks go by called the repair shop again, They stated LG refuses to pay the parts vendor and they haven't been able to order parts for 4 weeks. Repair shop estimates another 1-3 weeks at this point before it can get repaired. Needless to say going 6+ weeks without a fridge has been extremely tough. We have a much smaller fridge we are using, to keep things like milk and cheeses. I've talked to family and friends about my plight, the theme has been to never buy LG appliances. The repair shop also let me in on it's not only LG it's also Samsung appliances. Wanna guess the 2 brands Best Buy sells? I like Best Buy for tech but I'll be moving all my appliance purchases to another store that can stock reputable brands.

I am trying to get used to this fridge, I can't give five stars because the temperature only goes up 46 degrees. twice now I had to throw out food because the temperature is not good enough to keep the food fresh.

Totally satisfied with our recent purchase at Best Buy. The salesmen we dealt with were very nice and knowledgable. The men that delivered our new LG refridgerator did a great job. My wife and I are completely satisfied.

Love the front of the fridge. I don’t like that you have to have every door closed in order to get water or ice.

One issue we seem to have is we have to continually watch the insert between the doors and make sure it opens correctly and then closes correctly. Also, having to open both doors to get into the lowest slide tray is a pain. Would have like two separate drawers.

So far this refrigerator is working well and the Ice dispenser is holding up which can be an issue fir us. The one thing I would change, is I would add the ability to level the machine front to back, currently you can only level it side to side.

This refrigerator is great we’ve had it about 9 months and have no issues with it. The only problem is the taste of the water we have used LG and other brand filters and there is an after taste, it could be the area where we live. Other than that it’s a great fridge.

I was Hesitate to buy the refrigerator due to the lower freezer. I was concerned about having to bend down in the freezer but after receiving the item it was the Best Buy I have purchased from Best Buy.

Does everything we need it to do. The delivery service said it would fit through our kitchen door which i already measured before purchase. I had to set up myself the next morning....it fit through the door with a half inch to spare....smh
