We have really enjoyed it since its arrival (something I never thought I would hear myself saying about a frdge!)

It even keeps things frozen that are supposed to be frozen! It dispenses ice and water, too! All sarcasm aside, we are very happy with this appliance!

It’s been only like a month, since I bought it, but I like it. BTW I installed a surge protector with a 3 minute delay, to protect it a bit from power surges...

LG & BB Geek Squad... a terrible experience...

I have a support plan and opened a WO with the geek squad on 7/29. On 7/30 I was informed A&E Factory Services would be at my home on 8/10. There was not a better date and that was all that was available. Today I learned that my WO was cancelled and no one was able o say who did it, when it was done, or why. Such an utter disappointment.

Only had a short time but all is well with this fridge. Only thing is the small amount of ice it stores in icemaker. Will need to make and store extra in the freezer. Plenty of space and good layout.

And the Best Buy Guys had trouble with the cheap nasty LG wrench, like I did. Had to get their own to fix it... thanks Best Buy. LG customer service could not care less.

The alarm does let you know if you failed to close the door completely but it would improve the refrigerator if it had some kind of closing mechanism.

Ice maker could be a little bigger. The door with the ice maker is rather heavy so it closes pretty hard with a thump so just learning to close that side softly. Hopefully it lasts!

If I had to say one thing I didn't like, it would be that it doesn't make ice in the freezer. You have to empty the ice tray from the door and poor it into the freezer bucket. Not a big deal.
