Replaced an old Samsung side by side from 2013. Will never buy a Samsung fridge again... twice bitten. LG is solid. There isn't much to dislike other than the deli tray only open-able if you open both doors. Other than that, it's fantastic.

Amazing upgrade after 18yrs with the old refrigerator. The only drawback is the ice dispenser will not continue to work when the opposite door is open. In my opinion if the ice machine mechanics are built in with the door open/closed should not matter.

I got a great bundle deal on all new appliances. They showed up to deliver them on time and moved out my old ones. They were very courteous and took care of what needed to be taken care of.

We love this refrigerator! We were replacing a Frigidaire unit that had begun to fail, and this is a wonderful upgrade! The process was super easy and delivery was quick and courteous.

great fridge so far. only problem is its missing one of the attachments in the freezer section. would be 5 stars if not for that. maybe best buy can find the part that's missing and ill come back for a review

Great unit a little pricey. A little loud at times. Ice maker sometimes freezes, And needs help getting down for ice to be dispensed. Other than that a great product.

This refrigerator is alot better than Samsung. The ice and water comes out faster. The delivery guys did a great job hooking it up. Very nice polite, professional and call the next day to checkup on everything

One of our best additions to the kitchen, plenty of room. We love the modern look and the stainless steel look matches our stove. The Wi-Fi and diagnostic features are probably my favorite.

lots if room and customization. sales guy told me it had a second spherical ice maker...it does not. not worth Hassel of returning for the model that does. still a good fridge.

Just what we needed! I could do without the drawer that can only be open when both doors are open. I don’t know why it annoys me but it does. However, mildly everything else about this fridge has been great so far.

I loveeeee our new fridge , I feel like our last fridge was t getting cold enough and my food wouldn’t last mostly my fruits in this fridge it was a designated area for produce and keeps it fresh . Love

Great doors and great shelves that are easy to use open and close and clean. With a poo paper t poo well and Windex if y o u just spray the Windex and rib with a c'm Dan cloth without too much hard rubbing and then dry with a clean paparazzi towel.

After using it for less than 4 months ,it fails cooling and this is a know issue with LG which shows that LG is not respectful for their customers and we r not happy to have such a faulty refrigerator and from all my membership and purchase from bestbuy this one is the worst and not recommended to have LG

What I like about this refrigerator is the small volume that the water filtration system occupies and leaves plenty of room inside. Good organization of the inside and flexible to adapt to your needs.

I was a little hesitant at first ... it ended up being a good decision. The only slight issue is you cannot have more than two - one gallon milk containers without running into space issues
