This is our second. We moved and decided to leave the old one at the other house, because of the logistics of trying to move it from its location. It is great, no problems, good layout, and just keeps on running1

Perfect fit. Manufacturer's dimensions on website are accurate. Refrigerator is doing its' job, keeping cool things cool and frozen things frozen. Good flexibility of shelves. No complaints.

We recently moved to a new home and had to purchase a new refridgerator. This fridge has been amazing so far. Our food appears to last longer than it ever has! Looks fantastic in kitchen. People compliment the fridge without pointing it out or asking.

Works great! Have to have technician come out because unsure if it is allowed to make ice as was promised. Left door piece sticks so it doesn't close properly which was told a technician can fix!

This refrigerator is large and works well. I just wish the ice compartment was larger.

This is a great product. Our only concern is that the door sometimes sticks and won't close all the way without an extra push. Something worth monitoring but all the other features are fantastic!

the door comes uneven. there is a paper that shows how to even it up on the fridge. The ice takes 24 hours to get started. nice fridge so far

I did an extreme amount of research prior to making such a huge purchase. Most of the reviews seemed to be good for LG so I decided to take the plunge and boy was I mistaken. The fridge itself is "okay". I like that it is French door up top and has the freezer below however I don't think it is the most sturdy construction. The bottom door squeaks each time it opens and closes which is an annoyance. I have only had my fridge since March 2018 and already the chime mechanism on the doors does not work and the unit is inexplicably leaking water from an unknown source. I have made at least 20 phone calls to LG, had two separate techs out to my home-both who deemed it un-repairable and LG refuses to replace the fridge even though I have followed all protocol and am well within the manufacture warranty period. They are trying to insist I have a third tech come out. To me, this simply means they do not want to replace the unit. In the meantime, I continue to clean up water from my floor daily. I have since contacted the local news station and BBB to file complaints. Unless you enjoy sitting on hold and talking to rude or uncaring "customer service" reps, I urge you to run away from buying LG products. They will find any way to avoid taking any responsibility. I would not even recommend this to my worst enemy.

NO GOOD My fridge is 3.5 years old. Loudest humming appliance Ive ever had. With zero warning it completely stopped cooling and I lost $$$ all my food. The fancy apps and ???Smart??? diagnostics said all systems were fine except it was in ???defrost mode??? NO ONE could tell me how this happened and NO ONE could tell me how to fix it, so I have to wait 3 WEEKS for a tech? And possibly even more time to get parts? I found more info online by myself than I got from the LG phone tech. Un impressed with the support I received and seeing other reviews describing the same issue of non cooling I won???t buy another LG fridge ever. Extremely dissatisfied.

We had a 30 yr old refrigerator, still worked but we wanted to update. Bought this model with ice and water on demand. Feel like we moved to the 21st century! Really like the appliance.

I purchased this refrigerator about a month ago. It does an excellent job making ice (especially with the ice plus feature). I also enjoy being able to see the temperature for fridge and freezer. The alert for fridge open is very handy.

Everything is going well with our new LG refrigerator. The only negative is a little noisy. Seems to be the door with the ice maker vibrates.

Excellent service in reviewing options. Refrigerator was delivered on time and install team was prompt and courteous. The refrigerator has met all our expectations so far.

Love this refrigerator. The only complaint I have is that the ice maker needs to be emptied into the storage container in the bottom freezer if you want extra ice.

This is a French Door refrigerator that is not cooling the refrigerator. We have medications that need to be cooled. Getting this unit serviced is poor at best. We purchased the Geek Squad Elite Extended Warranty and it does not work. There is only one service provider in our area and they had to reschedule the appoint for a month and half out to just look at it!

Absolutely love all my new appliances. So glad I went to Best Buy. Customer Service is awesome as well. My salesperson was Emily, she was so smart and informed about every appliance.

The refrigerator is awesome! The sales person in store was incredibly helpful. The delivery and installation was terrible ! The installers tried to tell us they don't hook up the ice maker

needed a new refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Got all 3 from Best Buy. we have had this refrigerator for about 2 months and no problems. Best Buy delivered and we installed. Water hook up easy and water filter easy install.
