French doors make for more room in the refrigerator section. Exactly what we wanted. Reviews indicated may have trouble with ice maker, but all working well so far. Love the black stainless steel.

I had a larger freezer on my prior unit. Not everything fit into this one. I can no longer buy things without considering if I'd have room in the freezer to store it

The space on the shelves is wonderful. The freezer is easy to access and find things easily.

We had the same refrigerator die by lighting & liked it so much that we bought the exact one to replace it. What more can I say... LOVE IT !!!!!

Love the frig, but due to door hinges, it is about 1/4-1/2 inch too tall/high to fit back into the space. Consequently, it protrudes from the cabinets a couple of inches. Measure carefully!

LG has settled a class action lawsuit for the models made before this one. Unfortunately, the newer models seem to have the same problem. After two years of use, ours stopped cooling the Saturday before Thanksgiving. The 3 year Geek Squad warranty that I paid extra for didn't do much. They told me to contact LG since the Geek Squad techs won't have the needed replacement parts for weeks or months. I contacted LG and they sent out a 3rd party tech. That tech is also waiting for replacement parts. Again, maybe weeks or months before we have a working fridge. On the plus side, LG has increased their warranty on the cooler parts to ten years. Since it could be several weeks until we get it repaired, and since the replacement parts will also be prone to breaking after a couple years, we decided to buy a new fridge. Bestbuy declined to provide any discount on a new fridge or on new Geek Squad coverage.

My entire experience was awesome. Best Buy could not have done anything better. Thankyou! Love my new fridge.

Great refrigerator, but the doors slam shut too hard and with time I think it will ruin the seals. Otherwise it seems to work great.

meets all our needs. Ice maker is really fast. We like the clear storage trays

It’s a definite upgrade from our previous refrigerator. It seems to be very well engineered.

Need getting used to it. Had side by side before (two doors) Otherwise, I like the product so far. Been less then a month.

Disappointed. Has lots of space. But ice maker doesn't work most of the time. Had to order a replacement but its backordered until January. Salesman told us it was fingerprint resistant but delivery person told me it wasn't.
