The quality is above average for appliances at this price point. The french doors were not working perfectly after having been removed during delivery and then re-installed poorly. My husband was able to correct the situation without having to call for service.

Could not get a LG person to come look at it for one month. Best Buy personnel stood behind it but took over two weeks and two separate visits to get it fixed. Lesson learned do not by LG there are no service people in this area to fix it.
