Stopped Cooling twice in 3 Years

First in 2020 I woke up to a bunch of dethawed goods in the freezer. I had a service tech come out to look at it and when he arrived the refrigerator magically started working without anyone touching it (luckily tech waived diagnostic fee). Fast forward to May 2021 and I wake up to a bunch of dethawed/warm groceries in my refrigerator again. This time the refrigerator did not come back to functionality and I have had to work with LG to have them cover repairs. Customer service with LG was not bad but I have to wait a week to have an LG tech come look at my fridge. If you want to worry about waking up to spoiled groceries this is the fridge for you....
