Called LG and they gave us some steps to follow. Didn’t help. I’ve called local places to get it repaired. No one will even touch it. I’ve been told never buy an LG product because this will keep happening and it’s not worth getting fixed. They also said expect the fridge to last about 5 years. Only time will tell. Paid $3000 and can’t use my ice machine.
