The delivery and install went great runs great but a few days later my wife noticed no ice in the freezer. We looked and what do you know no ice maker in the freezer. Why on earth would LG supply a bucket for ice in the freezer and no ice maker in a fridge that costs this much is beyond me. Oh and in order to get the fridge with the bottom freezer you have to get a smaller fridge or the fridge with door knock for $1000 more. Stupid gimmick stuff your kids will break or continue to knock. So disappointed in this fridge. Gave 2 stars because it ran well otherwise don’t get this fridge.

Best Buy does not care if you lose food while you are waiting a week for the repair. They just give you the run around between the LG warranty and theirs. I am surprised Best Buy carries such an inferior models. There are postings all over the Internet about the issues with this refrigerator.
