After two years boom... the LG hammer falls. This great looking fridge stops cooling completely. 10 year warranty on compressor buy BB extended warranty and I can't get my problem resolved. 5 repairs from a LG tech and 1 month later no fridge. No call from LG, tons of calls to service and not one person can help. I got a ton of "I am sorry" and that's it. I am not one to slam a company but LG has got to get it together. There is no customer loyalty so save yourself headaches and wasted time & stay clear.

Now our fridge compressor is running a lot more and we received a warning from the LG ThinQ app that there is something wrong internally with the cooling system. No ice production and a warning that the freezer may defrost and we could lose our food. Tells us to call for service. Hopefully the extended warranty covers it. I should have bought whirlpool since it’s still made in USA even though the interior and some of the features of this fridge are nicer.
