Compressor went out less than 24 months

Call to get it serviced and several of the "certified" techs won't do warranty work. They tell me that LG has many problems and they will do the repair if we pay. I call the LG customer help and the techs are 8 days out. Super frustrating. Not sure I will buy LG again.
