Generator went out after 18 months

A quick Google search found that this is a common issue with LG refrigerators. Adding to the frustration is that the diagnostic app (LG Thinq) says that my fridge is working fine and currently a cool 33 degrees, despite the fact that it's completely warm and my food is ruined.
