    Freezer doesn't keep everything frozen. Icemaker rarely makes enough ice for one person let alone an entire family. I'll never buy LG again

    Giving this a 1 start is way to high. This fridge went out on us after 1.5 years. Lost all our food in both the fridge and the freezer (500$)5 days before thanksgiving Not to mention it’s taking 14 days to get any service on it through Best Buy geek squad. I do not recommend this product or their dishwasher or the countertop cooktop stoves or any LG products.

    DO NOT buy an LG refrigerator. 618 days. That's how long ours lasted. Model:LFXS28968S. $2,133.00 later. That what we got. 618 days. How companies are allowed to build inferior products that last a year and a half is mind blowing. We lost everything in the freezer and fridge which is nothing compared to how disappointed I am in this refrigerator. Thanks LG. Thank you for taking pride in your products.

    The ice maker broke with in the first week of having it. The water drips out a lot from the dispenser as well.

    Purchased on 7/5/20, STILL hasn't been delivered. I had the unfortunate experience of finding out from the Delivery crew that the refrigerator was not on the truck. I Spoke with a store manager roughly 3 weeks ago, I was told "Give him a week or so to see what he could come up with", I haven't heard from anyone since. I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED to say the least

    Had this refrigerator for a year and it is leaking gas for which they cannot fix. The support has been fine but the inconvenience has not been with losing freezer full of food 3 different times. Supposedly it is now being replaced.

    2 month old refrigerator and freezer no longer stays cool. Not one company wants to service refrigerator as it’s a known problem. Going on over 3 weeks and still struggling to get LG to get me a return number. Also, not one manager at Lg has ever contacted me after multiple requests.

    Side panel on 2 items are defective curving into the inside big manufacture mistake. Ice and water dispenser goes wild you will be picking ice cubes all over the house.

    Stay away from LG and Geek Squad

    15 months later the Ice maker won't work and has error codes showing on the front. GeekSqad cost me $230 for three years of help. No help so far. 30 minutes wait times to get of hold of someone who can't help you and then get transferred.

    The brand new icemaker is not working.

    I got the new refrigerator and installed by the technicians yesterday. Unfortunately, I found that the icemaker was not working after the technicians left. I have contacted the BestBuy and LG manufacturer service for help. However, I have had no response until now.

    This model is clearly defective. The exterior ice chute leaks water onto the water dispenser tray when not using either ice or water dispenser. Exchanged first fridge and second fridge does the same thing.

    Overall, we were fairly happy with this, until a couple of days ago, the icemaker broke. Really? after only a year? To me that is just not a quality refrigerator. Beware of this.
