They have no one locally or regionally to fix these things. Make you jump through hoops. I stuck to my guns it took 3 months but I finally got them to replace. Horrible Co to deal with stick to GE!

It was loud when we bought it and it seems to be getting louder every month. I can hear the buzzing from any room on the same floor and contributing to migraines. The shelves are also a pain. Only 1 shelf can hold tall items like milk, forget 2 liter bottles. The one shelf you can make smaller is always getting pushed in and knocking items down. Really only useable with 1 shelf, 2 places for items. Guess that's the downside of the middle drawer.
