Picture and sound are great and easy to use, not too large for the area.

Good value for small tv. Sound is good- you could use a sound bar for more depth of sound, but it's not needed, picture quality is clear.

Purchased for use in kitchen under the counter. Fit is perfect. Easy to setup, picture quality very good as is the sound. Excellent value for the cost and overall has exceeded our expectations.

My cable bill went up $15 per month and we decided to cut the cable. This TV mounts on the wall above my computer so I needed a new smart 28" TV to replace my old not smart TV. I have been extremely happy with the picture quality and the sound for the price. In fact, I am buying a second one just like this one today to put in our dining room.

I wanted to buy a 32 inch TV, but the 27 inch TV fit under my aunt’s kitchen cabinet and that was the constraint. LG had the only 27 inch TV. That being said it is a very nice TV. Good sound/Good Picture. I do think my Samsung is a bit brighter, but the LG probably has blacker black color. Anyway, nice TV, my aunt loves it.

Good quality, great picture, excellent service. Order was ready when we arrived at the store. Remote control was not complicated for an elderly relative.

The TV itself is great, but I do wish the apps (Xfinity in particular) were more integrated with the remote. In order to navigate the r app to change channels you have to go back to the channel guide to switch channels

This TV was purchased to replace a slightly smaller unit in our kitchen that was a few years old. However...that TV was extremely slow on wifi and not much better hardwired via ethernet. This unit has a more than adequate picture clarity and browsing through the smart features is quick. It has an ethernet port to hardwire it which is how we have it set up. Very good tv for its size and intended use.

It took some getting used to and I don't like not having a remote with voice control, but it's a good tv.

Easy to use; good color picture. Easy to set up. Easy to watch.
