Good clear picture. Easy navigation of apps and other features. Personally wished we bought larger screen size.

Bought for my father-in-law for travel trailer as Christmas gift. Needed to have a smaller size due to size of trailer. Have not used it yet. Seems expensive for a 27 inch TV. He already has an LG with webOS in his home, so familiarity of use seemed like a good idea.

Good value for small tv. Sound is good- you could use a sound bar for more depth of sound, but it's not needed, picture quality is clear.

I have only had this tv for a few weeks but I love it. The picture is great and the sound is so clear. I have it on the bar in my kitchen (I bought a different stand so it swivels) so I can watch it while cooking or while eating in the breakfast nook. The sound comes through loud and clear in both places--unlike the last tv I had.

The TV itself is great, but I do wish the apps (Xfinity in particular) were more integrated with the remote. In order to navigate the r app to change channels you have to go back to the channel guide to switch channels

Good quality, great picture, excellent service. Order was ready when we arrived at the store. Remote control was not complicated for an elderly relative.

I needed to replace an older TV with either an LG or a Samsung to work best with my new service provider. The tight space in my new office/bedroom presented an additional challenge. This LG model has checked all the boxes -- it fit perfectly on top of my file cabinet, and the picture resolution and sound clarity are exceptional.

Easy set up for anyone who is technology challenged. Meets my needs for a reasonably priced quality tv. The Best Buy associate worked patiently with me and is knowledgeable and carefully explained everything to me in an understandable way. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Very happy with this TV. I hope they keep making it because I don't have room roe a larger one.
