Great TV and 27 inch size was perfect for my breakfast area. I also bought an LG soundbar from Best Buy to enhance the sound and it pairs perfectly with the TV.

Bought this TV for a guest room and was shocked at the picture quality from such a small TV.

Great size. Good picture. I wish the remote was better designed (ex. Sony directional keys are in a circle and you can feel what to push without looking). LG = Life is Good

Real nice tv. Sharp. Good Sound. However: I have it hooked up to cable and set on HDMI for cable channels. When I turn it on it displays all the premium paid channels and apps. I am unable use my cable remote to do anything. Sometimes after 3 or 4 minutes it changes to the HDMI. Very frustrating!

Picture is decent. It seems a little over-saturated in HD. I use it mainly for OTA TV and as a computer monitor. Computer images look great. LG's menu system is not as nice as Samsung's, but I got this open-box so the price is what I wanted for what it's being used for.

I am loving this tv! The picture is bright and crisp, volume is loud and the size perfect! I am so very happy I purchased it.

This tv is a top of the line “smart tv”. I ordered it as an open box item. It arrived in perfect condition. I love the features it has. Best Buy is a great company and has the best customer services!

Placed in my kitchen on a stainless steel shelf. I love it. Perfect size smart tv. I unplug and use outside in my sitting area. WiFi connects perfectly.

The dimensions of this TV were perfect for my needs. Easy set up. Picture and refresh rate really nice for watching sports. As others have mentioned, the sound quality is very much lacking. Got a Bose TV Speaker sound bar to pair with the set.

I needed to replace my aging 720p kitchen TV and look for the best product at the best price and after much research decided on the LG 27". So far I am very happy with all qualities of this TV.
