CH+/-, VOL+/-, and MUTE work at first, then "hang," kinda like the TV is "thinking about it." Been in 9 chats w/LG so far, and they finally agreed (under warranty) to look at it. All I've done is jump through hoops for these people. I smell fishy, untested software, but all I get is "operator error." Good luck configuring this! I spent all day setting up channels. Our older 24" TV is great. This one sucks!

It sounds like the issue could be related to a software or communication glitch between the TV and the remote. A quick troubleshooting step would be to perform a reset of the TV’s settings to clear out any software conflicts. To do this, go to Settings > All Settings > General > Reset to Initial Settings. This will not erase your channel settings, but can help resolve any underlying issues that might be causing the functions to "hang."

I have to figure out how to connect my blu-ray player. The picture quality is on par with Samsung and Vizio. Again, I wish it had additional HDMI ports for adding additional electronics. I will be more vigilant to review ALL of the features.

It has a lot of features however the remote is traffic confusing it's too many buttons and options. As well as the price was a little high for the size.

Perfect for campers or ice shanty since it is 19v input, can use milwaukee or dewalt battery to power or a 12v to 19v adapter found online.
