Meets my needs for a reasonably priced quality tv. The Best Buy associate worked patiently with me and is knowledgeable and carefully explained everything to me in an understandable way. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Too many steps just to turn on. Setting the sleep timer takes several steps. Sound is too shrill and commercials are even louder on this tv. Other than that it's ok and price was good. Not Best Buys fault, they didn't make the tv, they just sell them.Best Buy is a great store.
