I was looking for a 27" TV to keep in my office and this fit the bill. What is very bad and downright disturbing, is the fact that when you sign the license agreement they (LG) want to not only sell your viewing habits, but also your voice (in case you use that feature) and your surfing habits. The fact that I paid for the TV does, in my opinion not give LG the right to sell my info to third parties. Either it is my TV or it is theirs. Additionally, they also have a few sponsors apps on there which I would have preferred not to have - but oh well, I can erase those.

Fast forward & reverse, does not work on many online shows. The picture is good quality! Id rather of had the sony but did not have the extra 250

We had limited options in this screen size to fit under our kitchen cabinet. The picture isn't great and the speaker is TERRIBLE. We had to add a Bose speaker - which cost more than the TV - because we could not tolerate the shrill sound. We would have returned this TV except for no better options. The 9-year-old Samsung we replaced with this LG had a sharper picture and far better sound. This is a real disappointment since we love our larger LG OLED TVs. Shame on you LG for not spending a few dollars more to build a decent smaller TV!
