The tenant who is renting my beach condo for the off-season loves the new TV.

Purchased online: May 30. Delivered to Dandrige, TN on June 4. Quit Working: June 19. Contacted Best Buy, but their warranty for immediate replacement is 15 days from the date of purchase, so I had to contact LG customer service. LG would not do an immediate replacement, so they said they would email me a shipping label within 24 hrs. Did not receive it until June 27. Shipped it to a repair facility in SoCal. They were supposed to receive it on July 3, but that didn’t happen. So, now it sits in a FedEx warehouse until tomorrow, July 7. Will now have to wait for it to be delivered to LG’s repair facility, have it setup in the queue for diagnosis and repair, then shipped back to TN. Will follow up with final delivery date and assessment of the repair, AND determine if they repaired the same unit or replaced it.

Works in my camper. What I expected. The traveling has not effected performance at all.

Unfortunately picked the wrong size.My own fault.Works fine but will probably get very little use.Good for Best Buy as I will probably have to get another one!

The TV works fine but the WebOS is terribel. I also have a Smart TV and it's OK, but this is a whole new level of complication. I even went back to reinstalling the cable box (I also got a better picture). I still have to make two clicks to get on cable but for $12 a month the ease of operation is worth it.
