    I miss my old one.. it was 28" so it was taller. Too many steps just to turn on. Setting the sleep timer takes several steps. Sound is too shrill and commercials are even louder on this tv. Other than that it's ok and price was good. Not Best Buys fault, they didn't make the tv, they just sell them.Best Buy is a great store.
