With my new smart t.v. and a cheap (less than $10.00) antenna, I now get MANY more channels than I ever got with my cable service. And, it's free. I LOVE my new t.v. The reception is great.

When I tried to return it the kid at the door gave me a hard time and tried to upsell me more garbage until I asked to see the manager. Then the girl at the return counter unboxed it, plugged it in and said it works fine. Finally, I was given a refund after hours of telling them over and over that I was sold garbage. Employees should practice customer service rather than threats and violence.

The agent was "terrific" as I had expected from a previous purchase. I am a great believer of Best Buy, your policies & ability to deliver all of it. You will get great recommendations from me if ever asked.

Except: It takes forever (it seems like) to get my Bluetooth wireless earbuds. To connect to the tv. And this happens almost every day. I also have to unplug the earbuds base, turn off the tv, and start all over ! This is why I only gave it 3 stars.

Best Buy Open Box Excellent Misrepresentation

What arrived was missing the remore and the screws to connect the feet. In other words, by BestBuy’s definitions it was “Fair”. I also was going to buy an “Excellent” condition 32” that was supposed to in stock at the store. Once the employee went to find it, they came back and said they had 2 Open Boxes. One was labeled Excellent the was labeled Good. He said both were missing parts and as such actually Fair condition. BestBuy is going downhill quickly.

I found it only to be average, and even though it had numerous color adjustments - including advanced - I found the picture was not very bright, and the overall effect seemed washed out. Sound was a bit tinny due to small speakers. I think there may be better choices - even in a lower price range.
