Love This TV

My granddaughter needed a TV for her dorm room this year. I bought her this TV about a month ago. It is the perfect size for her room.

Good little TV

Would certainly buy another LG if the need comes up. First smart TV and my internet is not great but it seems to work well.

Not worth the hassle

Unfortunately it was a big let down. Biggest complaint was it Would not stay connected to Wi-Fi, tried many configurations. Remote control was not intuitive and very confusing. Picture and sound quality was just ok. Returned it and got a Samsung that is a much better tv for not much more money.

Worked out better than planned.

For this reason only, the 27 inch is too small. The 32 inch would be better.

Right size

So far, so good.

The remote will take some time for my elderly mother to adjust to.

DEAD AFTER 20 DAYS
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased online: May 30. Delivered to Dandrige, TN on June 4. Quit Working: June 19. Contacted Best Buy, but their warranty for immediate replacement is 15 days from the date of purchase, so I had to contact LG customer service. LG would not do an immediate replacement, so they said they would email me a shipping label within 24 hrs. Did not receive it until June 27. Shipped it to a repair facility in SoCal. They were supposed to receive it on July 3, but that didn’t happen. So, now it sits in a FedEx warehouse until tomorrow, July 7. Will now have to wait for it to be delivered to LG’s repair facility, have it setup in the queue for diagnosis and repair, then shipped back to TN. Will follow up with final delivery date and assessment of the repair, AND determine if they repaired the same unit or replaced it.

LG 27" TV

It loads stations so much faster however the sound quality is not good- there is no base. Its fine for a kitchen Tv but wouldnt recommend for a larger room.

It was hard to set up and make work in the first place, and we finally had a friend come help us. We have had to unplug and reboot it a couple of times. We miss our Samsung TV that went black-screen on us that we had before that was great. We needed a 27" to fit in our entertainment center and Samsung's smallest is 32". We are not pleased. We still don't have our DVD/VCR player hooked up, because we can't figure it out.
