    After spending a good amount of time setting up all the cables and speakers, we powered it up and saw a poor quality picture. No amount of adjustments helped the clarity I knew when the text of the screen savers was so fuzzy, it was the whole picture. Very bad. Waste of time and money. Returning this.

    NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT. INCOMPLETE SETUP INSTRUCTIONS. TAKES FOREVER TO FIND CHANNELS. NO INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO ELIMINATE CERTAIN SHOWS. NO TV GUIDE ON PAPER. TAKES WAY TOO MUCH TIME JUST TO SEE A CHANNEL ALREADY VIEWED YESTERDAY. CAN'T ENLARGE CHANNEL INFORMATION ON SCREEN.

    Nice TV but had to return. Wifi would not stay connected even with TV beside the router. Tried number of solutions but none worked.

    TV Fine, Poor Manual and LG Customer Support.

    The TV is as indeed a 27 inch 1080 monitor. Picture is fine. No manual online that describes the Settings or WebOS functions. Online chat support resulted in being told to check back in an hour. The next attempt resulted in a dropped handoff to a Product Specialist. Third attempt resulted in a description of how to change a setting that should have been in a manual. Over 90 minutes to find something I have been able to find in a manual for other devices.

    This TV was returned. I hate paying full price and recieving returned items The tv has smudges all over it no protective case all the cables and remote was thrown in a ripped apart bag in the box. Otherwise the tv is a small basic simple tv.

    Something is NOT connecting. We canceled an appointment because our problem was solved then we got a call on the morning of the appoint.ment for an arrival time. Not good. You need to do a better job of internal communication. Now you all look STUPID…..

    DO NOT BUY - can't properly connect to wifi

    Best buy won't even talk to me b/c it lost connection to my Wifi (which works from 3 feet away on my laptop). I spend most of my time traveling for work, and evidently even <30 days they don't care. All I wanted was a replacement and they basically told me to eat the cost.

    Received what should’ve been “open box in excellent condition” with no power cord. Contacted customer service and they told me I had no options but to drive to the store to return it that sending a cord or replacement was not per policy. Apparently sending half the product IS policy though?

    This TV did not work for me. Could not get a good clear picture. When I thought I had it dialed in, the next channel would look bad. When viewed from the side, the oicture became dark. Just not good for me.

    Beware! I was able to set up a FireStick so I could get Directv Stream, but after the return period from Best Buy (15 days) the tv is continually turning itself off in the middle of what I’m watching. Getting ready to call LG.
