Open box monitor sold as new

They also arrived within a day of ordering which was also nice. The only downside is one of the monitors was already open and inside packaging and cabling all open as well. The monitor itself was covered in fingerprints. Not sure how BB can sell it as new and pretty much ruined the whole experience. Short story is monitors are great, but if I'm not knowingly buying an open box item then it should be a factory sealed box. Monitors 5 stars, BB selling open box as new 1 star...
