Withstood the test of time

Still all going solid, a variety of display options out of the box for viewing, coding, gaming or reading, Personally just recently switched from 165 refresh 1440p back to one of these just cause the visuals are so nice.

It was great value in January!

Like the joystick feature for settings, very neat. When I bought it, less than a month ago, the price was considerably less than the current $400 (-1¢). I probably would have looked at others given this price.

Great monitor, until it isn't

LG's site for warranty work kept sending me to Canadian support, which was awkward. 26 min on the phone and in 1-3 business days I'll have an email with a shipping label to mail it in for warranty work (7-10 business days). Be sure to keep your original box and receipt for warranty work. On LG's website, this monitor numerous people mentioning the same problem, that it just stops turning on. Change power outlets, leave it unplugged for a few minutes and plug it back in, nada. Mine is connected to a cyberpower 900w battery backup with surge protection, so it's not a power surge issue.

Just say NO!

Bought this monitor NEW in April and it worked wonderfully- photo editing and some light video games. But ever since mid June it’s been cutting out and not turning on. I’ve down all the troubleshooting possible, even bought new expensive HDMI cables thinking they was the issue, but no, this monitor is the Dallas Cowboys- supreme in the preseason but when the season kicks off they crap out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS refurbished, new or otherwise. Save your money or use it for a week and exchange it for another since bestbuy a retried exchange policy is also absolute garbage.

Will not power on!!

I tried using it for the first time in over a month today, and it doesn't turn on at all. Complete fail, and I've done enough troubleshooting to know it's the monitor, not anything else. As I bought it 4 months ago, I will try to get LG support to replace, we will see what happens...

No power or lights

Unfortunately, it is a little over a year that I have purchased this monitor, so I don't have the warranty anymore. I tried all the suggested steps online to fix the issue but none of them are actually working.

Garbage

The first two randomly stopped working in the first 30 days. The replacement looks like its now toast as well. Complete waste of time and money.

6 months later, it's a $300+ brick
