this monitor works well and is way better then the monitor i had before the cost was reasonable i am very happy with my purchase i am 100 percent satisfied. i have had this monitor for a few months no issues.

These are decent monitors for the right price. Save for later, wait for a deal, get three and put them on an arm. With a MacBook Pro connect two via a dual DisplayPort to Thunderbolt adapter and the other via HDMI port 1. Now you can skip the hub with display link driver if you don’t have to connect a bunch of stuff. Bonus… add an Apple TV to the monitor connected to your MBP via HDMI port 1 to HDMI port 2 so you can alternate between three monitors and two monitors plus Apple TV… or a Mac mini or Mac Studio, PC or a game system or whatever. LG Quality control leaves a lot to be desired. Deducted a star because I got one with a green line and two that already had fingerprints on the screen! Hope they last.

Screen quality is great for playing PS5. Only downside is having to buy external speakers if not playing with headphones

This was an absolute steal when I purchased this monitor on sale for $199! The reviews were mixed but it goes to show you, a majority of bad reviews are from those who don’t understand these type of monitors. This has the most absolutely brilliant picture I have ever seen, and I own, a Dell DSP that cost triple the money. You cannot go wrong with this monitor and being a LG, makes it more of a surprise. Crisp fonts, almost 3D colors, I cannot say enough good things about this. For those who may have given it poor reviews, if you didn’t use a DSP cable, you missed the boat.

USB-C is becoming a norm for budget 4K non-gaming monitors, and I think this is the reson why this model goes on sale so often. It is a quality monitor, but no USB-C

While I would consider myself a professional with electronics, I don't consider myself one with graphics, color, etc. This seems like a solid monitor with incredible color. I purchased it to match my original LG UHD which does seem to have slightly duller colors than this, and I believe this is the newest model replacement for my original one. It was on sale, and the price was definitely a bit more appealing but I would consider paying full price for this monitor as well, very clean, easily mounted to my monitor mount, etc.

It's not going to blow anyone away at 60Hz with 120, and 144Hz options out there, but as a work and sometimes gaming monitor this monitor has performed as expected and has lasted me a couple of years now with no issues.

I've bought other LG products in the past and have been Impressed with their quality and longevity. I hope for the same thing for this monitor. Easy stand assembly and easy to plug in. Monitor presents a clear and crisp visual experience. The only negative I can find, about this monitor, is where the input and power ports are located on the back of the monitor. Other than that this monitor seems like a winner for the price I paid.

I am in my seventies. Which means that technology that younger people take for granted looks like "Star Trek" stuff to me. So when I bought a Mini Mac Computer...I had no idea what kind of monitor, cables, or links I needed. Best Buy came to the rescue. I have a nice little set up without buying the Pro Level Gaming Type Monitors and devices. It works just fine for the things I use it for. The Genius folks make it simple.

Pretty awesome monitor I picked up open box for about 30% the box price. I have no complaints. I got it as a sort of two and one single monitor for my girlfriend to play games on her newly built PC. Its for the crisp resolution to support her rtx 4080, only thing is it tops at 60hz but thats expected. Its not exactly marketed as a gaming monitor but for what its worth, its pretty good all around for media consumption, work, and decent gaming for someone that isn’t that serious about their gaming(like her who plays minecraft and the sims to pass the time).

One of the best 4k monitors. Best bang for buck. Colors look accurate and text look crisp and clear. Perfect for programming on IDEs and media consumption. Looking to buy another one for a two monitor setup.
