This monitor is junk! All apps are unnecessarily enlarged, fonts are unclear, resolution is fuzzy... its like I'm looking at a monitor from the 80's! See attached picture for a side by side comparison of the same Google Chrome tab opened on Apple iMac retina and this LG monitor.

WE LOVE THIS MONITOR. THE STAND IS STURDY, EASY TO PUT TOGETHER, EASY TO MOVE/ROTATE AND TILT. PICTURE QUALITY IS GREAT AND THE EASE OF CONNECTING TO THE MONITOR WAS A PLUS.

Old monitor decided to go for a permanent snooze so I picked up this one. I'm not a gamer so I cannot speak of refresh rates or ghosting but the colors appear good and it was easy to set-up to my liking. It is a monitor and not a hub; so if you need usb ports or headphone jacks you will need a different solution. For me this monitor works fine.

We bought this for a desktop computer that did not come with a monitor. It works great and looks good on the desk. Perfect size and display is great

I bought this as a cheap second monitor for my setup and after using it for a week I had already sold my expensive Dell monitor so I could get another LG branded main monitor, I got it for about $100 and the color and image quality exceeded my $350 Dell monitor, Here are the pros and cons after using it for almost a year now Pros: Image quality Price Size Cons: Built quality is poor but makes up for it in image quality The 1080p resolution is noticable on this size but only is some circumstances The screen can move and wiggle with and movement but as long as it's just sitting on your desk you won't notice it Overall I love this monitor, it showed me the flaws with my other main monitor and is absolutely perfect as a second display

Wanted a bigger monitor and this was that. Will say it’s a double edged sword because I like to use two monitors for multiple tabs and with two of these there’s a lot of room on my desk taken up. Also no speakers :(

Size of the monitor is great, especially for the price. Colors are not as 'brilliant' as I would like, but clear and easy on the eyes. Getting the thing to actually work was more of a pain than I expected, but the fix was ridiculously simple: once I got the monitor connected to the CPU, all I had to do was turn the CPU of and then restart it. The 'joystick' controller took a little bit to figure out, because I had never seen one like it before. My rating is actually "better than a 4, but not quite a 5" so the 4 does not match my level of satisfaction with the unit. Definitely would recommend, with the above caveats.

Pleased to have purchased this quality product on sale at a reasonable price. After years of being a ROKU television fan, I decided to change up and buy an LG based on reviews lauding the quality of LG products. However, navigating all the bells and whistles of an LG television isn't easy! Fortunately, literature that accompanied the LG product along with sufficient online LG product information eases the challenge. Even so, I miss the ease of ROKU television navigation.

I purchased the LG 27” IPS Monitor for my office setup, and it’s been fantastic. The display is sharp and clear, with great color accuracy and wide viewing angles. The 75Hz refresh rate and AMD FreeSync make everything feel smooth, even during light design work or video playback. Setup was quick and easy with both HDMI and DisplayPort options.

For the price, I can't really complain about these monitors. I use 2 when working from home. At work, I have a couple of Samsung curved monitors which I prefer much more. The colors on this are a bit muted. There's a bit of buyer's remorse on this purchase. I wish I had spent more on curved monitors, and something where colors pop a bit more. I would only recommend this if your #1 criteria is price. Otherwise, I'd suggest investing a bit more in a better monitor.

This is the best investment we've made lately. The monitor was easy to install. It took longer to remove the old one than to install the new one. The ability to raise or lower the screen was incredibly useful for the setup we have. The picture is superb and it's eliminated the dreadful need to constantly squint at a smaller screen. It's a great gift idea. WELL worth the price.
