Didn’t include screws Bestbuy didnt take return

Did not include screws to mount to the base. Called bestbuy about an exchange and they told me to bring it in. Once i brought it, I was told its not in the system yet and would have to come back another time. 3 trips to bestbuy just to get the monitor.

I ordered LG FHD (1920 x 1080) 27 Inch Computer Monitor, IPS, AMD FreeSync, 3-Side Borderless Design, Tilt/Height Adjustable Stand, 75Hz, 5ms, OnScreen Control, HDMI, DisplayPort, D-Sub, 27MP450-B, Black. I received the another LG Monitor and BB told me that happen often because it comes from another BB vendor. HMMMM!

Terrible quality

The text is blurry and everything looks like you're viewing it through a screen door. I admit I didn't do any research ahead of time on this, but my needs were so basic that any name brand monitor should've worked fine. I have an LG OLED TV and she LG appliances and haven't had any issues with any of them. Ended up returning this one

Dead Pixels within a year - Best Buy zero help

I bought a smaller cheaper Dell.
