2 Failed LG refrigerators in 5 months. Bad quality

After 3 months of frustration, Best Buy exchanged the refrigerator per LG USA's request. I got this Refrigerator 2.5 months ago, since then it stopped cooling twice. Each time I submitted a repair request through LG website and it took 2-3 days for them to get back to me. First time we had to do a manual defrost on the unit, which takes a day to defrost and another day to cool it down. So the fridge was out of commission for 4-5 days. Two weeks after the first incident, refrigerator stopped cooling again. This is very frustrating. Just to put in perspective, our first LG refrigerator lasted 10 years, second LG refrigerator never cooled for 3 months, third LG (current) lasted 2.5 months. My parents refrigerator lasted 50 years and it was still working when we finally got rid of it. Clearly LG customer service is very slow to respond and product quality is not there. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANY LG PRODUCT TO ANYONE.

Not Cold Enough

Worse, during the defrost cycle, it goes up to 50, but doesn’t recover fast from it. The only good thing is that it is very quiet.
