Great little auxillary TV for my kitchen. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but solid performer. I needed a unique size to fit in the opening above my fireplace, and this was a perfect fit. This is m third LG and am very happy with the brand.

We bought this TV hoping that it would be better Than the 19 "and 36 " we tried . IT is .. The 36 " was distorted and the 19" to small . This LG 28" is a perfect up Grade for our 26 year old RV . I'm thinking of Buying one for the Main bedroom in the RV.

TV's smaller than 32" are hard to find. We needed to purchase a TV to fit our cabinet. We're pleased with the good clear color and sound on this 28LGM400B. When changing channels there's a black screen for a few seconds that is annoying. Audio Guidance is annoying but can be turned off. Buttons on remote make it easy to switch between HDMI and TV.

The color is beautiful and clear. The sound quality is superb.

The picture is great, and it fits in the space I have for it. My only complaint is that the sound varies when it goes into commercials...some are loud and some so soft it's hard to hear. The programming remains constant, though, so that's what matters.

Excellent picture, works great as a TV. I purchased this TV to use as a monitor and it was not sufficient. The TV has a glossy appearance to the screen causing glare when seated at desk distance. The 28" wide screen size distorts PC desktops.

This is the perfect size for our motorhome placed in our bedroom. Fits perfectly! It was a difficult size to find and glad that Best Buy had them especially since it is an LG product. Thank you Best Buy! Robert & Natalya Vivalo

We have so many TVs in our household and LG is always our favorite. The others are OK, but for longevity, quality and price, I can't say enough about the brand. LG for life on ALL our products! Save yourself the future service calls, you'll thank me later!

The TV was the perfect fit for where we needed it. The sales rep suggested we try 2 sizes which was a good idea as the one we first wanted wasn’t the right size so we bought 2 and returned the other one.

Bought this TV to add to the master bedroom of our travel trailer. TV has great picture and sound. While its not a smart TV, its absolutely perfect for our current use, in a house, or anywhere else a TV would be needed. Definitely recommend.

So far I have no complaints other than the volume, it never seems loud enough to me. I am still learning the controls and I am enjoying the TV very much. I do not like the lady that announces when I turn the TV on and off, her voice is very loud.

On my 2nd tv. My first ine only lasted 2 years then the power supply went bad. I bought another one because if the price and mainly the picture quality is really good I would definitely recommend this tv to anyone on a budget and looking for a great quality picture.

I needed a 28" TV and there are not many available. This works great in my travel trailer. I added Fire TV, hooked it up to the on board media center and connected a micro wireless PC to it.

I was looking for a TV with two HDMI ports in a specific size and this fit the bill perfectly. Good sound and picture quality-very pleased. Not a smart TV - had to use Amazon Fire Stick.

The TV has excellent picture and adequate inputs with a usb port. I find in the situration I am using it that a Bluetooth capability would be nice, I want to connect to a sound system the is at the other end of room. This is used in a trailer we just purchased. It fits great.

My husband is going through some health problems and wanted to keep busy during his treatment, this was easy to teach him how to use it and can watch movies and play some games to pass the time. This is a guy who doesn’t know anything about electronics!

I needed a small TV to replace an older one in my bedroom. The previous one was 24 inches. I got this 28 inch one and it is the perfect size. Great picture quality and easy set-up. I bought online for pick up in the store and that went smoothly.

Good deal on open box product. It was unusual to find a 28inch, but was perfect for the spot in a TV console hole that I needed to fill. It came with no remote, but any LG remote will work or cable box remote. The other reason the LG tv was a better advantage was that it had more the 1 HDMI input.
