Needed a large screen for the kitchen counter in the corner. Had a 9" and it was a little small that quite working. Tjis one is working out great fir the space I needed.

Bought this TV for my mother's guest bedroom. Fits perfectly on a nightstand and complements the room nicely. Beautiful picture and quality sound also. For under $200, cant go wrong.

We have a very small area to support a TV in our camper and this 28" fits perfect. The picture is clear and sound is great. Best Buy had it ready earlier than expected and no issues.

Our elderly father, who is confined to bed, can now have some entertainment by watching television. His bedroom is not a large room, but the LG flat screen is the perfect size, and the picture is crisp.

great tv in its class prefer to have a size option between 24 in and 32 in we intall tvs in RVs and some applications call for smaller size this 28 in gives us a choice to fill up an area and have better viewing over a 24 in screen

It’s a great tv for a even greater price! LG is a great electronic company. The clarity is awesome for a 720p. I recommend it for all students starting college as well as that extra tv in the kitchen.

Perfect size for Kitchen counter, not too big and not too small. I was concerned about shipping to my home but no problems there. All good and very happy with this TV.

Found this as an open box, was perfect for what I was looking for. The picture is fantastic, and with a fire stick I get all the channels I want.

Don't have too many viewings in yet but I have enjoyed it so far. I bought this TV so I would have two of the same to watch. There are so many free channels to pick from, and the picture is really good.

This is a great tv. I use in kitchen. It is perfect size to sit on top of freezer. Its not a smart tv, so no special features. But, pretty much use only while cooking and eating dinner.

LG continues to be the class leader in televisions. Excellent picture and even the sound is satisfactory from the internal speakers.

I needed a small TV to fit inside an entertainment center and this one was perfect. The only thing was I was overcharged $10.

Using as a TV in my motorhome bedroom. Size is right and should fit my needs. It was lacking hardware (bolts) need to mount it on a swivel mount. Took several trips to the store to get the right fit.

I had to replace a 24 inch Sony in my kitchen that was blown out with a storm surge. The 28 inch LG was a great purchase... clear volume and sound, good clear picture.

From a tube TV to this was a great upgrade for our Gramma. She was excited about the colors and the clarity. Technology has far surpassed what is on this set, but we had size restrictions. This worked out perfect for the need. She was so very happy!

Great TV, It A Nice Size For 28" LG, The Cost For This LG 28" Is High, You Can Buy The 32" TV With More Features Cheaper, But Needed The 28". Just A Few Companies Makes The 28"!!!!

Easy setup. This was a purchase for an elderly person who doesn't want or need all the stuff that seems to come with most TVs these days

I was told at the store that this digital TV was "easy to install" and all one had to do was "plug it in". That remark by one of your sales people was untrue. When I tried to install the new TV, I turned it on and was confronted by a slew of strange symbols. I tried my best to figure it out but it remained a complete and bewildering mystery. Luckily, I found a maintenance man in my building who was familiar with the new digital TV's. It took him about 10 minutes to get the tv to work. Your store failed to alert customers to this reality. I got lucky with this electrical maintenance man but I can only imagine how many other people - especially older people - have been similarly stymied trying to set up their TV's that they bought from your store. Had I not found that electrical maintenance guy I probably would've returned the TV. Best Buy my foot!
